Nanominerals Corp, an exclusively owned mining discovery and development company, recently bought Searchlight Minerals Corp, more commonly known as SRCH.
Established by chairman Chuck Ager, Nanominerals Corp has developed a number of technological enrichments in processing minerals. The company received a compensation of 5% net for smelter return on production in relation to its technological assistances from the Clarkdale Slag Project.
Searchlight Minerals Corporation is a firm that aims in acquiring and exploiting mineral properties in southwestern region of the United States. Previously named Phage Geonomics Inc, the company also earned its 50% joint venture interest from Nanominerals Corporation in the Clarkdale Slag Project in 2005. Furthermore, SRCH joined a mineral option arrangement as to earn 20 claims perspective interest intended for placer gold deposits in Clark County Nevada.
Together with Chuck Ager, Ian McNeil and Carl S. Ager also function as executives of Nanominerals Corp. McNeil and Carl Ager, both high ranking officers of Searchlight, serve as officers and shareholders of the mining development company. Prior to Nanominerals Corp, geophysical engineer Dr. Chuck Ager, was the chief executive officer and co-founder of ABM Gold Corporation, a gold mining business that was listed on the American Stock Exchange. In 1988, it was obtained by Northgate Exploration.
